Harold has been in Las Vegas for more than 30 years. His creative influence brings life to HCWS’s multimedia publications. He is a successful local entrepreneur and businessman who has devoted his life to solving the pet overpopulation problem by starting the W.A.R. programs. Read the President's Letter here.

Rachel Vosko, Director
Rachel moved to Las Vegas more than 40 years ago and brought with her a compassionate love for animals. She oversees the creation of promotional materials for HCWS events. Rachel also oversees the Pups On Parole and dog adoptions.

Sharon Seltzer

Sharon Seltzer, Director
Sharon has had a lifelong passion for helping homeless animals. She and her family have rescued and rehabilitated many pets over the past 30 years in Las Vegas. She serves as editor for the HCWS newsletter and works behind the scenes on projects and administration.

Peter Larez

Peter Larez, Director
Pete is a creative influence behind the building of a sanctuary to fulfill the HCWS dream. He is a Las Vegas resident of more than 30 years and consults in design concepts for the sanctuary. He is a registered residential designer with the Nevada State Board of Architecture who has many connections with local builders and contractors.
