Heaven Can Wait focuses on the critical need for low-cost, income targeted spay and neuter surgeries. Our greatly- discounted spay and neuter pricing allows pet owners to keep pets in their homes and out of shelters, and also helps to reduce the free-roaming, outdoor community cat population, through trap-neuter-return targeted efforts. This is where your support comes in…with each dollar raised, we are able to perform these critical spay and neuter surgeries, which is the proven way to reduce the population numbers—thereby keeping dogs and cats out of shelters in the first place.
